Introduction to Client Invoices and Credit Notes
JobBag makes billing fast, accurate, and flexible. Create, edit, clone, approve, and log client invoices directly from a job or through the Costing menu. If you need to correct or reverse a bill, issue a credit note in just a few clicks - JobBag automatically links it back to the original invoice.
With customisable settings, approval workflows, and clear audit trails, JobBag gives your team a smooth and reliable way to manage all client billing.
Privileges
The Quotes and Client Invoice privileges determine which users can create, log, approve, and manage client invoices and credit notes. These settings allows your organisation to control access and maintain proper approval workflows.
How to Access Privileges:
Navigate to: File menu > Administration > User Maintenance > Quotes and Client Invoices
From here, assign the appropriate permissions to each user based on their role and responsibilities.

Settings
The Client Invoice Settings window allows you to control how JobBag behaves when creating, numbering, displaying, and printing client invoices. Configure these settings before issuing your first invoice to ensure consistency across your organisation.
How to Access Settings:
JobBag menu > Jobs > Settings or in Client Invoices tab on any job
