Email Server Setup for JobBag
Before you can send emails from JobBag, your email server settings must be configured. Please have your IT Administrator review and make the necessary changes to your hosted email service.
Steps to Configure Email Settings in JobBag:
- Navigate to:
File > Preferences > JobBag Config > Email Settings - Configure Your Email Server. Enter the required email server settings for your setup.
Sending JobBag Emails to Gmail via OAuth 2.0
With recent changes in Gmail's security (Two-Factor Authentication), JobBag now supports OAuth 2.0 for seamless email integration.
Sending JobBag Emails to Office 365 via OAuth 2.0
To send emails from JobBag using Office 365, OAuth 2.0 authentication is required.
Email Signature
Steps to Configure Email Signature in JobBag:
- Navigate to:
File > Preferences > User Prefernces > JobBag Password > Signatures - Simply Copy and Paste your email signature into the box provided
How to set up Email Signature
Email Templates
Email Templates - called Text Templates in JobBag - help save time and ensure consistency when sending repeated communications. Instead of typing the same message each time, you can create a template once and reuse it whenever needed.
Navigate to: File > Configuration > Stationery > Text Templates
