Reactivate or Deactivate Address Book Records

You can delete a supplier or client record if the records do not have outstanding invoices. The deleted records remain in the database. 

Note - this is different from making an address book record in active.


If you wish to reactivate the deleted address book record, follow the process below.

Reactivating a Deleted Record

Reactivate Deleted Record

Click "yes"

Status of record is 'other'

Edit Record and Click on Active

Address Book Is Active

Record is now a supplier
