Add Credit Card

Add a Credit Card Supplier

Follow the steps below to create a Credit Card supplier in the Address Book.


1. Navigate to the Address Book

  1. Go to JobBag Menu
  2. Select Address Book
  3. Click New

2. Select Business Type

  • Choose Business
  • From the Business Type options, select Credit Card Supplier

3. Complete the Details Section

Enter all relevant business contact information in the Details section, including:

  • Business name
  • Address
  • Phone and email details
  • Any other applicable contact fields

4. Configure Address Book Type: Supplier – Credit Card

In the Address Book Type section:

  1. Select Supplier: Credit Card
  2. Add the relevant Kind
  3. Enter the appropriate Trading Terms

5. Save the Record

You have two options:

Option 1: Create and Add Contact

  • Click Create and Add Contact
  • This saves the record and opens the Add Contact window to allow you to enter contact details immediately.

Option 2: Create

  • Click Create
  • This saves the record without adding a contact.
  • You can add contacts later at any time.
