Payroll Cycles

Payroll cycles define how often employees are paid (e.g., weekly, fortnightly, monthly). These settings ensure payslips, leave calculations, and reporting periods align with your business requirements.

How to Configure Payroll Cycles

  1. Navigate to: File > Configuration > Payroll > Payroll Cycles

    Review the available default payroll cycles:

    • Weekly
    • Fortnightly
    • Monthly
  2. Tick to select the payroll cycles your business uses.

    You may select one, all three, or create additional payroll cycles if your organisation requires custom pay periods.

  3. Save your changes.

Your selected payroll cycles will now be available when creating and processing payslips.
