Understanding Worklists in JobBag

Worklists in JobBag are dynamic and flexible tools that help you manage and view job information efficiently. Whether using pre-loaded JobBag worklists or creating your own, these lists allow for powerful searching, filtering, and sharing across your team.

Where Worklists Can Be Used

Worklists aren't just for jobs - they’re integrated across key areas of JobBag:

  • Jobs
  • Address Book
  • Payroll
  • Quotes and Estimates
  • Client Invoicing
  • Purchase Orders
  • Supplier Invoices
  • Payments
  • Receipts

Create and save worklists in these windows to streamline processes and improve visibility across your business functions.

Accessing Worklists

  • πŸ“ Where to Find: Worklist access is located on the Top left-hand corner of the window.
  • ✳️ First Time? Click New Worklist to select a JobBag-owned worklist and begin using the feature.

JobBag Owned Worklists

JobBag comes with built-in worklists for quick access to job records.

  • 🧭 Pre-loaded Lists - Includes views like Live Jobs, All Jobs (Proposed, Live, On-Hold, Completed).
  • πŸŒ€ Dynamic Updates - Any new jobs that meet the list criteria will automatically appear - no need to refresh or update manually.
  • πŸ›‘ Read-Only Format - These are JobBag owned, so any column changes, additions, or deletions are not saved.
