A personalised task list gives you full visibility over your own and your team’s work. With powerful search options, you can easily track progress, create timesheet entries, and stay organised.
Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: Access the Task List
- Go to:
JobBag menu > Active Diary (JBX) > List View
Step 2: Choose Search Options
- Filter your task list using one or more of the options below.

🔍 Search Options Explained
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Assigned To | View tasks by employee, role, or department. Also includes unassigned tasks. |
| Dates Types | Select a date type (No Dates, Suggested, or Actual) and define a date range. |
| Task Status | Filter by status, e.g., Potential, Proposed, Active, Completed. (Statuses may vary by client.) |
| Job Types | Filter by active job types like Brand, Print, Digital, etc. (Custom per client.) |
| Budget Types | View tasks by budget: No Budget, Value Only, Minutes + Value, or Units + Value. |
| Priority | Filter by priority rating (1–5 stars). |

| Share | Share task list with others. |
| Pin | Pin the list to the sidebar for quick access. |

| Delete | Remove the list. |
