Uninstalling JobBag on macOS

If you need to fully remove JobBag from your Mac—whether you're troubleshooting or preparing for a clean installation—follow the steps below to ensure all associated files are deleted.


Uninstalling JobBag on macOS

  1. Open Finder and go to your Applications folder.

    Find all JobBag applications, right-click on each one and select Move to Bin. Ensure they are completely removed.

    Open the Library folder (you can reveal it by holding Option and clicking Go in the Finder menu).

    Navigate to Library > Application Support > Instinct Systems :

    • Move any JobBag folders (e.g. v4 , v5 , v6 , v7 ) to the bin.
  2. (Optional: Only if not installing a new version) — Right-click and remove the entire Instinct Systems folder.
  3. Delete any other folders elsewhere in Library that contain "JobBag" in their name (these may be from very old versions).
  4. You're now ready to install JobBag.
