Job Listing Report
The Job Listing Report in JobBag provides an overview of all jobs, including job titles, client names, statuses, deadlines, budgets, actuals information. It helps teams track financial performance and billing opportunities. Users can save report settings as a report set and share them with others for consistent and efficient reporting.
Navigate to the JobBag menu > Jobs > Printer Icon > Job Listing
Select the criteria from the available options
The Job Listing Report can be run by job range, using worklists, specific clients, or specific date ranges, allowing flexible filtering for targeted reporting. This flexibility allows teams to tailor the report to their specific needs, whether for project tracking, client management, or financial analysis.
Using the Report Layout Feature
To customise your report layout:
- Click on Report Layout, or
- Right-click on the blue column headers and select Columns.
In the layout window:
- The list on the left shows available columns that can be added to your report.
- The list on the right shows the columns currently displayed in the report.
- Use the left/right arrows to add or remove columns as needed.
Save the report set and share
- Click Save
- Enter a name for the report in the description field
- Choose to share with everyone or select specific users
- Include set into your favorite reports
