Configuration Privileges

he configuration privileges gives users access to the configuration menu in JobBag. This will allow the user to create, modify and configure JobBag.  


Step 1: Navigate to User Maintenance

File menu > Administration > User maintenance > Double Click on user Group (Administration, Account Service, Creative)


Step 2 : Click on the Category - Administration

Step 3: Tick (SELECT)/untick(deselect) privileges

  • Tick box next to privilege to grant access
  • Untick box next to privilege to remove access
  • Note: The user needs to log off and back on for the privilege to take affect. Decide who will have the privilege to access the user maintenance area. You can assign 'Administration' privileges to any group of staff. This group of users will be able to add users, set passwords, assign privileges to groups.

Amend address book detail types If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete address book detail types

Amend alternate labels If selected the user will be able to modify alternative labels
Amend arenas If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete arenas
Amend bank account types If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete bank account types
Amend business hours If selected the user will be able to modify the business hours
Amend countries If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete countries
Setup TFN/ABN/etc lookup service If selected the user will be able to set and modify the TFN/ABN/etc lookup service associated with countries
Amend currencies If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete currencies
Amend divisions If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete divisions
Amend date and time If selected the user will be able to modify the display and handling of dates and time
Amend documents If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete documents
Amend event types If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete event types
Amend financial statements If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete financial statement layouts
Amend font mappings If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete font mappings
Amend general settings If selected the user will be able to modify the general settings
Amend keywords If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete keywords
Amend locations If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete locations
Amend notifications If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete notification subscriptions that apply to specific users
Amend organisational chart If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete the organisational chart
Amend payment methods If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete payment methods
Amend PDF options If selected the user will be able to modify the PDF options
Amend job types If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete job types
Amend job note types If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete job note types
Amend job statuses If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete job statuses
Amend job detail types If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete job detail types
Amend task statuses If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete task statuses
Configure document registry If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete document registry configurations
Amend reporting style If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete reporting styles
Amend stationery If selected the user will be able to access the stationery sub-menu
Amend stationery template If selected the user will be able to create, modify or delete stationery templates
Amend system styles If selected this will enable users to configure styles used for formatted texts

Change payroll mapping If selected the user is allowed to change the kind mapping in payroll
Configure pay cycles If selected the user is allowed to configure pay cycles in payroll
Access tax tables If selected the user is allowed to access the payroll tax tables
Configure OzEdit interface If selected the user is allowed to change the OzEdit interface configuration

         

Step 4: Ask users to log out

  • Note: The user needs to log off and back on for the privilege to take affect
