External Users

External Users

External users are individuals licensed in a separate JobBag database who need access to this system. You can import these users by connecting to the remote database that holds their license.

Importing External Users

Step 1: Open External Users

Navigate to:

File > Administration > User Maintenance > External

Step 2: Get User List from Remote Server

• Click Get user list from remote server

Step 3: Enter Remote Database Details

• Enter the name of the database that contains the licensed user

  (Find this at the top left corner of the JobBag window)

• Enter your username and password for that database
