Creating a New User in JobBag

If a new employee or freelancer requires access to JobBag, follow these steps to set them up as a user


Step 1: Open User Maintenance

Navigation: File > Administration > User Maintenance


Step 2: Add New User

  • Click New in the User Maintenance window
  • Register the user with a current licence
  • Assign a User Group, Division, and create a Username and Password

Step 3: Link to Address Book Record

✅ The user must first be added to the Address Book as an Employee or Freelancer, then linked to their user profile.


How to Log In to JobBag

Once set up, users can log in using their assigned Username and Password via the JobBag login screen.
