Snapshots feature

You are able to create many versions of the media plan and save them. This is useful when plans are changed by clients - you have a record of plans which were previously created while you work on the current plan.

Select Take snapshot in the drop down.
Enter a name for the plan, for example: Client release 2025 June.
The Snapshots dropdown will now show Client release 2025 June.

A saved snapshot cannot be edited. It can be modified and then saved again, overriding the current plan.

Purchase Orders and client invoicing will be created for the 'Current plan'.
