Cash flow is critical to any business. While it's easy to predict outgoing costs, forecasting income is harder. JobBag helps reduce the uncertainty using the Sales Pipeline and Billings Forecast, allowing you to spot and address potential shortfalls early.


Identifying Future Revenue

The Sales Pipeline shows potential revenue from jobs with a Proposed status. Account Managers can estimate:

  • How likely the job is to be accepted
  • When the job will start (Go Live date)
  • How much billing each part (Kind Code) of the job will generate

Quote Stages in JobBag

  1. Unapproved
    • Created by Account Manager; awaiting Supervisor sign-off.
    • Default 50% likelihood
    • Default billing set to “Month 1”
  2. Approved
    • Signed off and ready to send to client.
  3. Accepted
    • Client has approved and work can begin.

In the Pipeline, you can adjust:

  • Likelihood of acceptance
  • Expected billing months
  • Go Live date (updates billing timeline accordingly)

If quotes include options, you can forecast with or without them and assign different likelihoods.

Multiple Quotes on a Job

You can now accept multiple quotes for the same job.

⚠️ Important: If the client chooses one, mark the others as declined to avoid duplicate revenue in your Sales Pipeline.
