Billings Forecasts

The Billings Forecast updates automatically when a client accepts a quote or estimate (rated 100%) and the Account Service Manager marks it as Accepted.

How it Works

• Clicking Accept opens the Billings Forecast screen.
• Update the months when the estimate is expected to be billed.
• This information updates the Forecast tab on the job.

Tip for Account Service Managers

• While the job is live, regularly review forecasted billing amounts and timing.
• Accurate forecasts feed directly into Client Forecast and Budget Variance reports, helping track expected revenue and identify deviations early.
