Merge Address Book Records

JobBag allows you to merge duplicate Address Book records, consolidating all transaction history into a single record.


1. Identify Records to Merge

  1. Find the two Address Book records you want to merge.
    • You can use filters to search for duplicates
    • Or add the records to a worklist for easier selection

2. Merge Records

  1. Highlight the record you want to merge into another record
  2. Click Merge
  3. Enter the record you want it merged with
  4. Confirm by answering Yes to the JobBag prompt

3. Result of the Merge

  • One record will be deleted
  • The other record will remain active
  • All transaction history from the deleted record is transferred to the active record

This process ensures your Address Book stays clean and accurate, with all relevant data consolidated under a single active record.
