Use when you have many jobs with lots of media bookings. You want to create a single PO for all outstanding media bookings.

Step 1 Create a PO for a supplier for bookings on a single job

Step 2 Edit the PO

Step 3 Click on 

Step 4 Select date range and “select bookings added to media PO”

Step 5 Review list of bookings into PO, edit as required, and save PO
