By following these steps, you can effectively onboard yourself with the new and improved JobBag Online (JBX) and begin leveraging its features.
Access the JBX Platform: You will need your company’s JobBag server name (web address for example, https://yourcompanyname.myjobbag.com.au).
Login or Register: If you're a returning user, log in with your existing credentials. If you're new to JobBag, speak to your JobBag administrator to get your credentials.
Explore and personalise your Dashboard: Upon logging in, take a moment to familiarise and personalise your dashboard. Here you'll find an overview of your Jobs/Projects you manage, leaderboard, priorities/tasks, timesheets summary, annual leave and expense claims.
Submit Your First Timesheet: Begin by submitting your first timesheet. Depending on your company, you may need to log your hours onto a job, using a task or combination of both. Here’s how…
Click on the Create button to log hours onto a job: Located top left in both the calendar and list views. The create button can also be used to create events, tasks and items.
Spot the timesheet Icon to log hours using a task: The timesheet icon serves as a universal symbol for time tracking against tasks, making it easy to spot and access no matter where you are within JBX, the dashboard, the calendar, active tasks and past tasks.
Manage your tasks and timesheets: In JBX we understand that different users have unique preferences when it comes to managing tasks and timesheets. That's why we've designed two distinct views to cater to varying needs and preferences, allowing you to choose and switch between the interface that best suits your workflow: the calendar view and the task list view.
Explore Additional Features: Take some time to explore the additional features of JBX, calculate and request leave using the leave feature and claim out of pocket expenses using the expense feature.
Review User Guides or Tutorials: If available, review any user guides or tutorials provided by JBX. These resources can help you understand the platform's features and functionality more effectively.
Provide Feedback: Your feedback is important to us. We encourage you to to share your thoughts, suggestions and any issues you encounter. We look forward to answering all of your questions and delivering an exceptional online experience with JobBag online (JBX). Thank you for being a part of this exciting journey with us. Our support team is here to help you every step of the way.
