    How to create a Job

    Use this process if you would like to create a job in JobBag.

    Jobs can be create for client project, overhead jobs and new business jobs.


    Navigate to the JobBag menu > Jobs > New

    Mandatory fields

    1. Enter client Code/name. Note the job number filed will prepoplate

    2. Select client contact or create new contact

    3. Select a Job Type (Project Type)

    4. Enter Job title/description

    5. Add Acct Exec and/or Account director

    6. Save
