    WIP Reports

    Overview

    These are accessed either via:

    • the print icon in the WIP and Accruals Screen

    • or the Reports Menu

    A selection of reports are available from the drop own menu in the following screen

    the reports available are

    W&A Validation Report

    Reports any outstanding decisions that prevent accepting the confirmed state to the GL

    WIP and Accruals

    Prints an overview of all WIP, accruals and Pre-billings information. You can print the latest values (amended), the last confirmed values or the applied values for a specific period. There are historical reports available for “confirmed data” of the previous months.

    W&A Transaction Report

    Report shows the transactions that will be created when “Apply to the GL” is run. The information is based on the current confirmed data within WIP and Accruals. There are historical reports available for “confirmed data” of the previous months.

    W&A Transaction Detailed Report

    Reports shows the relation between the W&A data and the transactions that will be created when “Apply to GL” is run. The information is based on current confirmed data within WIP and Accruals. There are historical reports available for “confirmed data” of the previous months.

    W&A Unconfirmed Changes Report

    Report shows records which have amended W&A data - but have not been “confirmed” yet.

    Aged WIP

    Report shows how long costs (and WIP value) have been taken up as WIP. Aging is based on the number of days passed between the date of the costs and the end date of the selected period. There are historical reports available for “confirmed data” of the previous months.

    WIP Column Report

    Report lets you select data based on your W&A decisions and total / subtotal in various ways. All jobs that have W&A decisions in this selected period will be reported. The “to date” columns include any history on these jobs. Note that the “Cost to date” and “value to date” columns include any Accrual costs and Accrued value for the selected period. The “Cost” and “Value” columns do not include any Accrued costs and Accrued value as theses can be reported separately.
