    We are excited to announce the launch of a new and improved JobBag online (JBX). This release is an exciting step forward in our journey to provide you with an enhanced online financial and business management solution.

    This phase of the rollout has been designed specifically with anyone who does timesheets in mind:- see Tasks, Timesheet tracking, Leave application and  Expense claims.  The phased approach will allow us to gather valuable feedback and ensure a smooth transition for future features.

    You can access the JBX features from within the JobBag desktop application and transition to login in via a browser for these features when you are ready.  Note that you can access JBX on your phone or tablet and continue using the desktop app when required.


    Here are some of the key highlights:

    Anywhere, anytime, no more updates!

    With JBX, manual updates are a thing of the past! All JBX users will be updated automatically. Note: Desktop application users will continue to receive updates as they are released.

    JobBag can be accessed from anywhere with an internet connection, to support your team’s collaboration, capability and flexibility. All data from the web is available to account managers and other team members in the desktop version of JobBag.

    See your tasks when you log in,  create timesheets from them

    See your daily tasks on your dashboard when you log in. Track your work in real-time from various devices, anywhere with an internet connection: in the office, at home or on the go. We are available on any device with a web browser. Use our Auto-timer feature to help you with logging timesheets or create timesheets retrospectively.

    See your leave balance

    View current leave balances, including accrued annual leave and any leave taken. You can also project your future leave balance based on the current accrual rate and any planned leave.

    Log your expenses when they occur

    Upload your expense receipts and lodge an expense claim using your saved receipts. Nominate your line manager or finance team member for approval and payment. You can also see a list of your expense claims.


    How do I start?

    Ask us how to get going: you can literally just start using JBX via the desktop app or a web browser, there’s nothing to configure.  However we would love to give you a short session on getting the best out of JBX so please contact Support.

    Desktop app: Open JBX in your desktop app through the JobBag menu:

    Active Diary (JBX): opens JBX directly to your Tasks and Timesheets calendar - like the Active Diary in the desktop app;

    JBX: opens JBX to the Dashboard.

    Web Browser: Open JBX in a web browser by visiting your JobBag website link and logging on with your existing credentials. Refer to the step by step guide below.
