    To get started there are three key steps which need to be completed by the owner/principle authority of the business.

    Set up digital identity - myGovID The owner/principal authority for the business needs to set up and use myGovID to access the Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) site. See link to set up myGovID: https://www.mygovid.gov.au

    Link your business - The owner/principal authority needs to link their business to the RAM site. See link for further instructions https://info.authorisationmanager.gov.au/principal-authority

    Authorise others - The owner/principal authority needs to set up other users to access the RAM site. 

    Note: users should be set up as a standard user with machine credential access rights. See link to set up another user: https://info.authorisationmanager.gov.au/set-up-authorisations


    The second part of the set up process can be done by the authorised user.

    Set up digital identity - myGovID - The authorised user needs to set up and use myGovID to access the Relationship Authorisation Manager (RAM) site. See link to set up myGovID: https://www.mygovid.gov.au

    Accept authorisation - Newly created users will receive an authorisation code and a summary of the authorisation request via email. Log in to RAM to accept or decline the request within seven days. See link to accept your authorisation: https://info.authorisationmanager.gov.au/authorised-users-and-administrators

    Create machine credential - The authorised user will need to download and install a machine credential from the RAM site. See link to create the machine credential: https://info.authorisationmanager.gov.au/business-software-user-or-provider

    Edit Settings in JobBag - The authorised user should enter the business details (ABN, address, contact details) and link JobBag to the machine credential.
