Create New Business Job Planning Template

The purpose is to have a New Business template for each job type for planning. This template will have two phases:

• New Business Phase
• Production Phase

Select the New Business template creating a job for a prospect.

Step 1 Click on File / Configuration / Jobs / Job types

Step 2 Click on in the following screen:

Step 3 Highlight existing template and click on or the + button

Note: cloning is possible in V8

Step 4 Complete following section then click on

Step 5 Open the screen again - the New Business printing template appears

Step 6 Highlight New Business Printing - the screen below appears. Click on below:

Step 7 Tick option

Step 8 Type Name of new phase and click enter key

Step 9 Highlight the phase Pitch for New Business and click on

Step 10 The following window appears:

Step 11 Select the new Business kinds and click on
