Keyword Allocation

After setting up groups, subgroups, container keywords (if used) and your keywords from the JobBag menu, you access keywords mostly from the toolbar of windows displaying the keyword icon and therefore see a window similar to this one. Note: You can also access this window by clicking the Keyword panel on any window displaying the panel.

Double click on the keyword or select the Add button to place a keyword in the list.

What is 'Retain list in memory'?
When selected, this instructs JobBag to re-display the same list each time the Keyword Allocation window is opened (until the computer is turned off).

What is 'List orphans only'?
If a Keyword is created directly under a Group and is not included in any subgroup, it is known as an 'orphan’ and there is no other information about it to display. When this option is selected, only orphans display.
