This allows you to mark a media booking as “has appeared” or sent etc. This information is available in the Media Listing Report

The Voucher checkbox is used to record that the specific media booking has appeared/run/sent/etc.

When voucher box is ticked

Click on icon which is on the jobs tool bar:

Select Media Listing Report from drop down list

Click on

Select columns for the report - below is an example
