Media Production Costs
This cost amount starts life with a status of “planned” ???? and is available for use on client invoices.
You are able to add costs involved in production to a media schedule. The production itself is managed on a production job where the production is detailed out with actual work being performed. It is not an external cost. This is work performed internally. Hence it will not be part of a purchase order |
Process
Step 1 Create a media plan
Refer to page: How to create a media plan Example of a media plan

Step 2 Change job status to "live"
When the client has approved the media plan, change the job status to 'live' |
Step 3 Add production Costs
Click on Complete following screen:

Step 4 Change status of job to Live
When the client has approved the media plan, change the job status to 'live' |
Step 5 Create client Invoice
Click on Select items you wish to invoice
Click on Snapshot of client invoice
