Configure Unit Types

When a item is configured in JobBag, a unit type has to be selected.

Note: At this point in time, this functionality is only available for items

You can configure many unit types. The following is an example of the system unit types:

The process is as follows:

Click on the Unit Types icon in the kinds window:

The following screen appears:

Click on the green plus sign to add a unit type

Add a new unit type, for example “pieces”

Description	Enter a description for this unit type
Unit	Unit for this type eg kilometers, kilograms, boxes, books etc
Decimals	Number of decimals for entering units, this overrides the system wide setting
Multiplier	Multiplier to apply to the units entered when calculating the cost or value of an item
Use for	Select whether this is usable with kinds or items

Note: At this point in time, this functionality is only available for items
