    Article Summary

    If a new employee/freelancer requires access to JobBag they need to be added as a new user in user maintenance.



    Navigate to the File menu > Administration > User Maintenance window 

    New users need to be registered with a current licence, assigned a user group, division and given a user name and password

    Note: All new users need to be added to the address book as an employee or freelancer and then linked to the new user record for that person
