How to add a new user

If a new employee/freelancer requires access to jobBag they need to be added as a new user in User maintenance.

Add new user - File > Administration > User Maintenance window 

New users need to be registered with a current licence, assigned a user group, division and give a user name and password

Note: All new users to be added to the address book as an employee or freelancer and then linked to the new user record for that person
