Getting started on a new business system can be overwhelming!
We feel you, so we wanted to give you an overview of JobBag to get you started. JobBag is a business management platform that helps organisations stay on top of business processes, with a full suite of features like accounts, payroll, timesheets, tasks, plans, forecasts etc.
Currently, there are two main interfaces you'll interact with when using the product:
JBX, our browser-based product for timesheets
JobBag's standalone desktop software

JBX
Log in anytime and anywhere on your web browser, once your organisation has created a username and password for you.
Here are some things you'll find on JBX:
Timesheet tool
The Timesheet tool is where you can log timesheets for tasks that have been assigned to you. If you need to log a timesheet on a task that was assigned to your role or department, you can do this too.
The Timesheet tool is available on mobile phone.

See what's on your plate for the day or week. Check the details of tasks assigned to you or your team, and log timesheets for the task when you are done.

Leave
Calculate your annual leave with our Leave Calculator, so you can be sure you don't run into negative leave. Send a leave request for approval when you are happy with the planned dates in your calculator.

Jobs Worklists
JobBag enables you to search for Jobs relevant to you or your team. You can also save dynamic search results and pin the list, so you can refer to it again in the future. We have a number of different columns you can use to monitor Jobs on your Worklists.

Expenses
Log your expenses and send them for approval and reimbursement from your phone. See the status of submitted claims. Delegate approvals to someone on your team while you are away.
