Address Book Work lists

Just like in the Jobs feature, the Address Book also has dynamic worklists. This means, you are able to save searches as a list, pin them and share them. 

JobBag-owned Work lists

JobBag comes pre-loaded with the following Address Book work lists. All changes made to columns, additions or deletions will not be saved as they are JobBag-owned lists. 

If you'd like to start off with one of these lists and make changes, please save the worklist with your changes so that it is owned by you. 

The above lists are dynamic i.e. when you add a new client, they automatically appear on the list. You do not have to manually add a new client to the list.

When you pin a list to a menu...

The list appears when you click on JobBag menu in the top tool bar

Create your own Address Book worklist

Create a worklist by searching the Address Book, then saving the search as a worklist. 

Useful applications include: separate worklists for your account managers. client groups, supplier groups etc. 

Example: work list for account managers

Click on the find icon in the tool bar (the magnifying glass)

Use the following selection criteria - tick clients and select an account executive

Save the worklist results as a new worklist, add the columns you want to appear in the worklist

Save the worklist search so any new clients added for the account manager will automatically appear in the worklist
