     How can Tasklists help me? 

    Save a dynamic list of the tasks related to a specific goal or project. This means that the list will always be up to date with tasks set for the project. 

    Save a dynamic list of tasks for yourself or your team, for a time period. This means that the list will always be updated when new tasks come in. 


    Create a Tasklist

    1. Go to Tasks in the left hand menu

    2. Open Saved Tasklists

    3. JobBag's default task list 'My Tasks' will be shown, along with any other Task lists shared with you. 

    4. Select New Search in the top left hand corner. 

    5. Options for search currently include Assigned to, Task Status, Date range and Grouping.

    You can select tasks assigned to only you or your team or anyone

    Display grouping

     Input your criteria and click the Search button. 

    Example 1 - all tasks for a fixed date range, grouped by client

    The search input shown in the screen below displays tasks for a fixed date range and grouped by client. 

    Click Save Worklist at the top left hand corner to save this for future reference.

    Example 2 - all Incomplete tasks

    The search input shown in the screen below displays all incomplete tasks. 

    Click Save Worklist at the top left hand corner to save this for future reference.

    Example 3 - Tasks for next 7 days

    Search criteria for the list of tasks for the next 7 days. 

    Click Save Worklist at the top left hand corner to save this for future reference.

    Task lists will be displayed in Saved Tasklists


    Pin a tasklist

    A list that is pinned will stay pinned on the left hand menu.
