Final pays - Resignations

Go to the Employment/PAYG tab on the address book record

Edit Payroll Header

Edit the payroll header and enter the end date and leave reason for a resignation this would be "Voluntary Cessation"


Edit employment info

Edit the employment info and enter the end date

Create manual/final pays

Payroll > Step 2 manual pays/final pays > new


Add employee name  > Enter pay date, start and end date > tab through until the lines on the payslip appear > final pay should be ticked > select reason, usually T - All other final pays

Note: unused leave will automatically add to the payslip and tax will be calculated at marginal rates, you may need to adjust ordinary hours and unused leave
